What to Include When You Contact Me

If you’re not sure which service to book, send me a recent photo, your dog’s breed or mix, and weight. Let me know about tangles or matting. A photo of a haircut you like also helps.

If you’re asking whether I come to your neighborhood, send me your address. I serve North Phoenix, including Moon Valley, Deer Valley, North Mountain, Lookout Mountain, and Arrowhead Ranch. You can also check the service area.

Questions About Grooming Services

Nail trimming is included with every grooming service and can also be booked separately. Teeth brushing with breath spray is a $10 add-on to a grooming appointment and is not offered as a standalone service. The grooming services page explains what is included for different coat types.

Questions About the Mobile Salon

I do all the grooming in my van. I bring my own water and power, and take the used bathwater away. The salon runs on batteries while I groom, so there’s no grooming generator running outside your home.

My Sprinter is 9 feet 7 inches tall. Please tell me about low branches, gates, or parking restrictions before I arrive.

Medical or Safety Questions

I can help with grooming and coat care, and tell you about anything I notice during a groom. For diagnosis, treatment, sedation, or medical concerns, contact your veterinarian.

If a veterinarian has prescribed calming medication specifically for grooming, include that information when you book. If your dog is injured, ill, in significant pain, or needs medical treatment, contact your veterinarian before scheduling grooming.
