Contact Green Dog Grooming

If you are ready to schedule grooming, the fastest route is to book directly online. The Green Dog booking page lets you choose your dogs, reserve an available appointment, and include the current information I need about the dogs and service address.

For North Phoenix mobile-grooming questions that are not answered on the grooming services, pricing, new-client, or FAQ pages, you can call or text me at 623-340-6642. Questions about Green Dog Grooming Guides, the community, My Dogs, newsletter, product research, or the national website should use the site contact method provided for those functions rather than the mobile-grooming booking flow.

What to Include When You Contact Me

If you are asking which grooming service fits your dog, a current photograph is usually the most useful starting point. Include the breed or mix if known, approximate weight, and a brief description of the coat—smooth, shedding, curly, wavy, long, tangled, or matted. If you have a previous haircut you would like to use as a reference, a photograph of that result is useful too.

For a service-area question, include the complete address. Green Dog Mobile Grooming serves Moon Valley, Deer Valley Village, North Mountain Village, Lookout Mountain, and Arrowhead Ranch, and the service area page lists the confirmed ZIP codes supporting that route.

Questions About Grooming Services

Green Dog Mobile Grooming uses four coat-based service categories: Single-Coated Bath & Brush, Short Double-Coated Bath & Brush, Thick Double-Coated Groom, and Full Groom. Coat type and weight determine the category more accurately than breed name alone, so you do not need to know the exact service before getting in touch.

Nail trimming is included with every grooming service and can also be booked separately. Teeth brushing with breath spray is a ten-dollar add-on to a grooming appointment and is not offered as a standalone service. The grooming services page explains the differences among the coat categories.

Questions About the Mobile Salon

The complete grooming appointment takes place in the self-contained van. I carry fresh water onboard, capture the used bath water in a separate seventy-gallon greywater tank, and take it with me when I leave. The original diesel grooming generator has been removed and replaced with a Victron inverter and lithium battery system for salon electricity, so no grooming generator runs while I am parked at your home.

If you have an unusual access condition—such as low branches, low structures, or another issue that could affect a 9-foot-7-inch Sprinter—mention it when you book or contact me.

Medical or Safety Questions

Green Dog Mobile Grooming provides professional grooming rather than veterinary care. I can answer questions about grooming process, coat maintenance, and what I observe during an appointment, but diagnosis, treatment, sedation, and veterinary restraint belong with a veterinarian.

If a veterinarian has prescribed calming medication specifically for grooming, include that information when you book. If your dog is injured, ill, in significant pain, or needs medical treatment, contact your veterinarian before scheduling grooming.

Booking Is Direct

You do not need to contact me first for approval before choosing an available appointment. If you already know the service you need, book through the Green Dog online calendar. If you are uncertain about the coat category, include a current photo and approximate weight with the booking information and I can work from that.
