These terms govern use of GreenDogGrooming.com, including Green Dog Grooming Guides, Green Dog Community, My Dogs, The Greener Dog newsletter, and the North Phoenix Mobile Grooming branch. Appointment-specific terms communicated through Green Dog Mobile Grooming’s current online booking process also apply to scheduled local grooming services.

1. Purpose of This Website

This website provides national grooming education, product and equipment guidance, environmentally informed product research, member/community features, and information about the separate North Phoenix mobile-grooming service branch.

Information is provided for general educational and service-planning purposes. It does not constitute veterinary, medical, legal, financial, insurance or other licensed professional advice and should not be relied upon as such.

2. Mobile Grooming Appointments

North Phoenix mobile-grooming appointments are booked through the Green Dog online calendar. Availability shown through that booking system governs the times that may be selected.

Clients are responsible for choosing an appropriate service category and providing accurate information about the dog, coat, address, handling history and any condition that materially affects safe grooming. A booked service may need to be modified, postponed or discontinued if the information available at the appointment shows that the requested service cannot be performed safely or falls outside the documented grooming scope.

3. Scope of Services

Green Dog Mobile Grooming provides professional grooming services and does not practise veterinary medicine. It does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe treatment, administer sedation or perform veterinary restraint.

Proof of current rabies vaccination is required prior to any appointment. Dogs presenting with fleas or ticks will not be groomed, and parasite treatment is not provided. Dogs must tolerate ordinary grooming handling.

Where a coat is matted, the clipper must pass beneath the matted layer in order to remove it safely, and the finished haircut will be shorter than the matting. Grooming decisions are determined by actual coat condition and safe handling rather than by a guarantee that a requested style or length can be produced in every case.

4. Client Obligations

Clients are responsible for providing reasonably accurate information concerning the dog, the coat, the service address, relevant handling history and any material condition affecting safe grooming.

Material changes must be communicated before the appointment. Where an appointment cannot be kept, clients are asked to give at least twenty-four hours’ notice.

5. Pricing

Pricing is determined by service category and weight, with coat type, coat density, coat condition and the work required all affecting the final price.

Current rates and payment conditions are those communicated through Green Dog Mobile Grooming’s current booking page and payment terms. Earlier versions of this website, cached copies and screenshots do not override current pricing or the terms communicated in respect of an individual appointment.

6. Articles and Product Recommendations

Articles published on this site discuss grooming tools, dog-care products, technology, services and related consumer subjects.

Product information becomes outdated. Readers should verify current specifications, instructions, warnings, pricing, merchant terms and suitability before purchasing or using any product.

7. Affiliate Relationships

Certain Green Dog Grooming Guides and related national editorial pages contain affiliate links. Green Dog Grooming may receive compensation where a reader completes a qualifying action through such a link. Affiliate relationships are explained on the Affiliate Information page and do not determine editorial recommendations.

8. Third-Party Websites

This website links to booking services, merchants, affiliate partners and other independent third-party websites. Green Dog Grooming does not control the content, availability, privacy practices, pricing or terms of independent third-party services.

Original text, photographs, graphics and other original content published on this website may not be copied or republished in any manner infringing applicable intellectual property rights. Third-party trademarks and product names remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Availability and Amendments

Websites, hosting providers, booking platforms and payment services are subject to interruption and change. Continuous availability of every website feature is not guaranteed.

These terms are reviewed and updated where the booking process, payment system, website technology, affiliate arrangements, service policies or business structure materially change.
