1. Purpose of This Website

This website provides grooming education, product and equipment guidance, environmentally informed product research, member/community features, and information about Green Dog Mobile Grooming’s mobile grooming service in North Phoenix.

Information is provided for general educational and service-planning purposes. It does not constitute veterinary, medical, legal, financial, insurance or other licensed professional advice and should not be relied upon as such.

2. Mobile Grooming Appointments

Mobile grooming appointments are booked through the Green Dog Mobile Grooming online calendar. The Service Area page lists the ZIP codes currently served. Availability shown through that booking system governs the times that may be selected.

Clients are responsible for adding each dog in My Dogs and providing accurate information about the dog’s breed, coat, address, handling history, and any condition that materially affects safe grooming. Grooming decisions are based on the dog’s condition at the appointment. Grooming may need to be modified, postponed, or discontinued if it cannot be performed safely or falls outside the documented grooming scope.

3. Scope of Services

Green Dog Mobile Grooming provides professional grooming services and does not practice veterinary medicine. It does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe treatment, administer sedation or perform veterinary restraint.

Proof of current rabies vaccination is required prior to an appointment, except for puppies 8–16 weeks old as described on the New Clients page. Dogs presenting with fleas or ticks will not be groomed, and parasite treatment is not provided. Dogs must tolerate ordinary grooming handling.

Where a coat is matted, the clipper must pass beneath the matted layer in order to remove it safely, and the finished haircut will be shorter than the matting. Grooming decisions are determined by actual coat condition and safe handling rather than by a guarantee that a requested style or length can be produced in every case.

4. Client Obligations

Clients are responsible for providing reasonably accurate information concerning the dog, the coat, the service address, relevant handling history and any material condition affecting safe grooming.

Material changes must be communicated before the appointment. Where an appointment cannot be kept, clients are asked to give at least twenty-four hours’ notice.

5. Pricing

Pricing is determined by breed and weight, with coat type, coat density, coat condition, and the work required all affecting the final price.

Current rates and payment conditions are those communicated through Green Dog Mobile Grooming’s current booking page and payment terms. Earlier versions of this website, cached copies and screenshots do not override current pricing or the terms communicated in respect of an individual appointment.

6. Articles and Product Recommendations

Articles published on this site discuss grooming tools, dog-care products, technology, services and related consumer subjects.

Product information becomes outdated. Readers should verify current specifications, instructions, warnings, pricing, merchant terms and suitability before purchasing or using any product.

7. Affiliate Relationships

Certain Green Dog Grooming Guides and related editorial pages contain affiliate links. Green Dog Mobile Grooming may receive compensation where a reader completes a qualifying action through such a link. Affiliate relationships are explained on the Affiliate Information page and do not determine editorial recommendations.

8. Third-Party Websites

This website links to booking services, merchants, affiliate partners and other independent third-party websites. Green Dog Mobile Grooming does not control the content, availability, privacy practices, pricing or terms of independent third-party services.

9. Intellectual Property

Original text, photographs, graphics and other original content published on this website may not be copied or republished in any manner infringing applicable intellectual property rights. Third-party trademarks and product names remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Availability and Amendments

Websites, hosting providers, booking platforms and payment services are subject to interruption and change. Continuous availability of every website feature is not guaranteed.

These terms are reviewed and updated where the booking process, payment system, website technology, affiliate arrangements, service policies or business structure materially change.

11. Member Accounts and Public Identity

One Green Dog Grooming account provides access to My Dogs, grooming appointments, classified advertisements and Grooming Community. Members are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting their sign-in credentials. New accounts and changed email addresses may require verification.

Members may use a suitable public display name. Private account information, dog profiles, service addresses and appointment details must not be treated as public Community or classified content.

12. Grooming Classifieds

Classified advertisements are provided as a moderated venue for dog grooming items, including grooming vans and trailers, mobile conversion equipment, grooming businesses for sale, grooming equipment, clippers, blades and shears, grooming tools, collars and leashes, and grooming products and supplies. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy, legality and completeness of their advertisements, including condition, ownership, price, location, shipping and availability. Listings must be for grooming-related items; used products must be safe, accurately described and legal to sell. Green Dog Grooming may review, reject, edit, expire or remove a listing that is misleading, unsafe, unlawful, off-topic, outdated or inconsistent with these terms.

Buyers and sellers are responsible for independently verifying identity, title, condition, liens, specifications, payment arrangements, transportation and any transaction terms. Green Dog Grooming is not the seller, purchaser, broker, inspector, escrow service or guarantor of a classified transaction unless expressly identified otherwise.

Members must not place private dog-profile, appointment, service-address or account information in an advertisement. Seller contact should use the protected contact method or source link provided with the listing rather than publishing an account email address. Private classified messages are stored by the website and may be reviewed by Green Dog Grooming administrators for moderation, safety, abuse prevention and dispute handling.

13. Account Closure and Content Retention

Account closure requests are reviewed before data is removed so that active appointments, advertisements, payment or accounting records, safety information and Community discussions can be handled appropriately. Green Dog Grooming may remove, anonymize or retain records where reasonably necessary for site operation, transaction history, safety, accounting, dispute resolution or legal obligations. Members may request account closure through the contact page.

14. Current Terms Version

The account and classified systems record the applicable terms version when registration or a listing submission is accepted. The current operational version is 24 September 2026.
