Why coat type matters
Smooth coats, shedding undercoats, dense double coats, and continuously growing coats each require different bathing, drying, brushing, and finishing work.
Single coat
One smooth layer with little or no soft undercoat. The service focuses on cleaning the skin and coat and removing loose surface hair.
Double coat
A weather-resistant outer coat over a softer shedding layer. Shorter coats use the Short Double-Coated service; dense or longer coats use the Thick Double-Coated service.
Continuously growing coat
Hair that keeps growing rather than shedding through a normal coat cycle. These coats need regular clipping or scissoring in a Full Groom.
How pricing works
Base pricing is organized by breed and weight. Coat density, condition, and extra time can affect the final price.
